Senior Accounts Executive
Location : Clementi -few bus stops from Clementi MRT
Working hours : 5 days Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:45pm (work-from-home arrangement)
Salary (commensurate of experience) : Up to $5500 +Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Industry : Food products supplier -FMCG
Main Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
Monitor expenses and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate accounting records and balance sheet reconciliations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders.
Manage accounts receivable activities including collections and aging reports.
Support finance-related projects and administrative matters when required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Experience in management reporting, budgeting and full set accounts.
Familiar with month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
