Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Support month-end and quarter-end closing.
Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report.
Support AGM planning, documentation and meeting arrangements.
Coordinate Board and Board Committee meetings, including schedules, agendas and meeting materials.
Upload and maintain Board papers and confidential documents on the Board portal.
Track corporate governance, statutory and reporting deadlines.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
Exposure to Annual Reports, AGMs, Board administration or corporate secretarial work is not a must, but an advantage
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
